We had a really comfortable stay with great beds, nice pillows and crisp sheets. The room was spacious enough and was equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. We were on the 6th floor and the hotel staff accommodated our request for a quiet room. The towels in the bathroom were thick and luxurious. In addition, the hotel was conveniently located near the restaurant Del Mar, which was a great spot for meals. The staff were polite and helpful, and this hotel had really good facilities, such as parking and transportation.

The beds were comfortable with nice crisp sheets and the bathroom towels were nice and thick. The room was quiet and had a coffee maker and fridge. It was also nice to look out onto the water, despite the industrial scene.
The check-in was slow and our rooms weren't ready, even though we arrived well after 3pm. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel, making it difficult to move our bags.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, with crisp sheets and nice pillows that provided a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel is near the Del Mar restaurant, which is convenient. the room size is okay and has a coffee maker and fridge available. the bathroom offers thick towels and a comfortable bed with clean crisp sheets. Although there are industrial scenes outside, some rooms have views of the river. Noise level is minimal, particularly on higher floors.
The check-in process is slow and needs improvement.
